2. Services Description
DivineMarg provides a platform connecting users with astrologers for entertainment and guidance purposes.
3. User Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use DivineMarg services.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and maintain only one account per person.
5. Wallet & Payments
- •Wallet must be recharged before starting consultations
- •Minimum recharge: ₹100
- •Payments processed via Razorpay
6. Consultation Rules
- •Sessions are charged per minute as displayed on astrologer profile
- •Session ends when either party clicks "End Session"
- •No refund for completed sessions
7. User Conduct
No abusive language, no sharing personal contact info, and no fraudulent activity are permitted on the platform.
8. Astrologer Content
Astrologers provide guidance for entertainment. This does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Disclaimer
Astrology readings are for entertainment purposes. DivineMarg does not guarantee accuracy of predictions or outcomes.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction: courts of India.
